BacKStory: saturday i received a call from a friend, who i had recently reconnected with, "fashion diva" Jeanette Wilson (she  had flown me to Atlanta years ago to show my Men's collection).  i had spoken with her earlier in the week about my Trunk Sale, in ATL on the 21st of this month.  i also told her about my plans to move to ATL, soon (this MIA scene is just not working out). 
being the go-getter, connector type of person she is, she called to let me know, she knew of a young man, who had "some properties" for rent and for me to "give him a call."  i called assuming he was a realtor/landlord.  to my surprise, he was neither..........
